I've experienced some problems with the app and a long answers from support team, but luckily for me, sales department helped to figure it out and fixed the app, gave a refund and extended trial period. At the moment, I'm testing the software and can say that at least these guys know how to work with their clients.
P.S. Functions and integrations of the app are just great, but if you installed and faced some problems -- don't hesitate to compulsively write to support.

We started using Aftership as a trial version to notify our customers in advance about the status of their shipments. Questions regarding parcel status dropped to 50% which reduced our workload and made customers happy. Furthermore the customer service team of aftership did a great job to resolve an issue we had at the beginning. Also I want to stress out the availability and response time of the team. The app no longer supports the E Packet and I have contacted their support and 7 days later, I have not yet heard back from them. I won't sign up for their pay plan if their solution does not work and they don't even care to respond to an email!

The best app to provide order tracking to your customers. Also, the support team is very friendly and quick in response. Overall loved the app, must give it a try.

At first, I didn't know how to operate the system, but I asked customer service, and right at the bottom right corner of the page, I was received by Aseem, who was very responsible and detailed in answering my questions and helping me with other newbies on top of my questions. Now I have started using the accessible version of it and I will likely use the premium plan as my business grows.
Cool App, easy to install but I would LOVE to customize the color of the button to match my online store
