Helpful and easy to understand app with it being my first time using it. I also appreciate the helpful customer service.

I used the free version for about two weeks, but ultimately decided to spend the money. I have found my customers are so much happier knowing where their product is and getting the emails. I was able to customize the notifications emails a lot. Overall, it wasn't too hard to set up my own tracking page using the AfterShip instructions and this app is worth every penny.
