great app...strongly recommended

This is pretty sweet tracking app. Really works great in every ways. And the easiest setup ever had to do.

The customer support is too lousy. The app itself works fine. but if there is a technical issue, do expect a looooooooooog time to be fixed. As for my case, it took more than 15 days and I am still not getting a useful answer from the customer service team. You only get a standard reply "We will fix this as earliest for you, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you."...........BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT for my 1 star review

Just what my customers needed. This apps stops all emails on order updates! I love it and so does my customers!!!

Great customer service and I really like the email/SMS notifications. I will be upgrading once sales pick up a little.

I used this app for better tracking info, and communication with clients. Very easy to install and set up, with a friendly chat ! Recommend it.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT AFTERSHIP ORDER TRACKING & SMS WILL BILL YOU FOR EXCESS CHARGES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU HAVE EXCEEDED THE QUOTA ON YOUR SELECTED PLAN OR NOT. THEY WILL THEN IGNORE YOU FOR MONTHS ON END AND DENY ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE EXCESS CHARGES & THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH INVOICES & THEY WILL DELETE ANY HISTORY OF THE BILLING DATA IN YOUR ACCOUNT. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BILLS IN SHOPIFY TO CHECK IF YOU ARE BEING CHARGED FOR FAKE "EXCESS FEES" BY AFTERSHIP ORDER TRACKING & SMS

So far using this app its been great and support is awesome. I also love the mobile app that keeps me up to date on my customers shipments

I used this app to help me track orders. The customer support team responds quickly with answers. App provides accurate tracking information. Overall my experience with this app is over 5 stars.
