Support is quick to respond and helpful. The only think I don't like in this app is that there is no cap at their plans. It can go up to thousands per month depending on sales volume.
I am sorry to know that you are not happy about the AfterShip subscription plans; as there is no limit at the plan and the charge can go depending on sales volume.

Just started using this app for my order tracking page...easy to navigate and use. Still alot more to be explored
Great way to keep track of shipping!
This is one app i was told is a must to download once i opened by shopify store. I have a drop shipping store and i know they said not all purchases are trackable. With this app it gives my customers and insight view of where their package is. I love that. It gives my customers a peace of mind and it helps me from not having to answer a million emails about where they're package is
it's better to use with easy and fast support really nice for all to want the quick services and assistances

Awesome app and great help for our domestic shipments! Easy to use and integrates beautifully with major forwarders. I would give 5 stars if it would support forwarder which we use for international shipments.
AfterShip is doing an amazing job, but I can't upgrade my plan because I don't make any sales yet. when I make sale i'll come back to upgrade my plan.
Just downloaded it and still testing it. The shipment order is pretty hard to synchronize with shopify thou.
Just trying it out. Let's see how it turns out and if it does what it says it does.
