We used this AfterShip now and it is awesome! Really helps us save time and keep customers up to date so they don't complain to PayPal and get chargebacks. The service is great they helped on chat a bunch of times for me to learn the systems and solved an important item quickly.
The customer support is awesome, but it wasn't totally possible to use the app due to some 3rd party API issues.

It's a disgrace that Aftership's SSL certificate for custom domains comes at a $10/month price tag in addition to the plan's monthly cost. Especially since Let's Encrypt offers free certificates. I started using the app several weeks ago using the free plan. So far i'm very happy with it and the support team was spot on.
Most of my orders are Aliexpress Standard Shipping, and it takes really long to track on aftership page. I randomly track it on other sites and it shows all the information. What's wrong with this?
