This is a must have for any e-commerce store. This has helped my store literally overnight.
One of the few giant apps that keeps improving and working seamlessly from day one. It's pretty clear that the team cares about their product & customers, the very reason why I'd recommend this to anyone.
Aftership is very easy to use and helps our both us and our customers stay up to date on the status of shipments. Aftership also has excellent integration with Klaviyo for sending email updates to customers.
Aftership is such a sound product, and in my opinion a must-have for every ecommerce store. The best part is that it covers literally all the logistics players in the world, agnostic of region and scale. It makes tracking so simple, and notifications on every step of the order lifecycle keeps customers informed and on their toes.
Would have been great if their SMS pricing was a tad cheaper :) But still, Aftership is second to none.
AfterShip Tracking's customer service deserves a standing ovation. They do not delay in responding to queries and provide answers instantly. That's a rare quality to find nowadays.
Anmol was very helpful is allowing me to understand what my issues were and how to fix them. With Tik Tok's support being so poor, AfterShip customer service was a great alternative!
