Great customer service, very fast and responsive to customers wants and concerns. Adding this feature to your store will help customers trust you and buy again.

I have several of their products and they work great, have awesome features, and their support team is quick and helpful!

So far this app has been great. We process and print our shipping using ShippingEasy, but they do not yet have any way to quickly view tracking and delivery status. This has been great in helping us identify orders (especially international) that seem to be stuck somewhere or having issues. Definitely allows us to provide better customer service. We haven't yet tried the email and SMS features (haven't had demand for it yet) but it is great knowing it is there.

Convenient and effective. Nice that your orders get imported into the system automatically. And the free plan is good

Nice application, I use it a few month already and didn't have any problems
