This App is really great, it makes so simple to automatically notify your customers by email and SMS along all the shipping process when parcel status change. This is a remarkable feature that all customers love and give them peace of mind ( and also to you because you have less people asking: where are my products? ).

Sometimes customers make mistakes on the email address they input at the checkout process and the capability to notify them by SMS is really important for us.

The app can be installed and used for free for most of features, and the payment system for premium accounts is very good as you recharge your balance depending how much you want to spend on notifications, at the end it is just a few cents per shipping which can easily be taken from each sale profit. The value added to customer eyes is high over the cost we pay.

We love the custom tracking page, it gives our store a very profesional look and translate into confidence for customer which means more repetitive sales.They have several templates, some free and some for premium but all look nice, take a look at ours: http://track.waoprice.com

Having compatibility with so many eCommerce platforms and so many shipping companies this guys have done a great job giving us a single point to consolidate the tracking management.

The App sync really nice and automatically pull the new shipping info as soon as they are created inside our store ( in our case is Shopify ) so we only focus in supervise that everything is being done Ok and not expending hours re-writing information from site to another.
