It looks helpful for a newly created online store like mine.
Online GMall created june 13 2017.
Not much to track up to this moment but i hope this app will do a lot of orders to track sooner:) I have 3 orders yet to track. I hope all customers will be from the US. Delivery time is faster than other countries like the philippines.

you can expect great customer service. Still tring the app but it looks good so far. easy tu use, clean layout, and as I just mentioned very good customer service

I love this app! It helps me and my customers track the package easily with live updates. It makes our store look even more reliable. Definitely recommending this app to use with your shopify store!

This app worked really well until about 1 month ago. For no reason it decided to not track parcels and not email customers with tracking numbers.
When we needed support... all we got was a false hope promise that they were look into the problem.
We have waited over a month and have decided to move on to a more reliable app.

UPDATE
I have changed my original score from 2 stars to 4 stars. The support people really made the difference with this issue. They were in constant contact with us and even had a personal call to help us work through the issue.
While the fault was not their doing (Australia Post made some changes but didn't notify anyone), it did take too long, too many emails and a poor review before it became a priority to fix the issue.
We are back on track thanks to the Aftership support team.

AfterShip.com give more than my expectations! Tracking service is fast and can recognize automatically the type of service delivery. It could even identify a local delivery service in my area. Very helpful! Thank you!

they charge according to a plan that appears nowhere in the description or on their site?
Update: Problem was solved in the end with an upgrade to a paid plan.
SSL on custom domain tracking page costs 10$/month.
I still don't like the filters options on orders tracking page .
I did not try the alternatives apps but improvements could be made.
