I like this app alot. It helps reduce customer tracking inquiries. However the only flaw is that it still shows chinese lettering. I sent an email to customer support but never heard back. Hopefully I can figure out how to do it.

The app is absolutely wonderful, easy to use and very handy when operating an e-commerce business. We are able to track all of our customer's orders in one place and we can send our customers automated tracking updates in real-time which help us boost our customer experience

Customer service is 5 stars. Somehow they fix any issue I did not understand.
I could not set up aftership without the prompt help of their service.

OMG Guys . . .so I was in a pickle and I had to reach out to the online customer service and they are amazing. They really do go above and beyond the call of duty. Shubham is the man and if you ever need assistance cross your fingers that you get him. Do you know he even reached out to a team member to make sure the information he was providing was accurate? Never Have I Ever . . . have you? Well anyway, this is my first time installing the app and I am glad that I did. Look no further and just install it today. Oh, and if you get in a pickle as I did, just click the chat feature and anyone can help you. ENJOY!!!
