I'm really impressed with the kind of customer service this app provides. They were there for me throughout the setup process and made sure everything worked smoothly. Every time I called them, they were receptive and helpful. Two thumbs up from me!

so far so good, simple and useful... but about the email notifications sent to customers, im not sure where/how to check and if it actually went through

very easy to use so far, it guides you on how to connect your Shopify store to here. set up was easy I hope the rest is as good.

Quiet easy to use for new users, set up was fast too. customer support was fast and efficient. all issues solved and even emailed.

There is an issue with my order notifications not going through.
Sample Order Tracking: 1000021118952
I contacted the chat 'Ritika' and she promised and escalation but still waiting for an update. This is urgent for me.. can someone help ? Incase this review didn't get updated, the issue never got resolved.
