Fast support!! Thay have the fastest support with a chat and easy to cmmunicate!! Higly recommended!!

It does what it promises but my last interaction with the support was horrendous. They try to answer your message with whatever they can to be the last word on the chat but nothing is actually resolved. That just forces you to be answering an infinity conversation of "I'll take a look", "thank you", "you are welcome", and "ok,"... until they bounce you to the next colleague. Its torture. Total $H!T show. So far there's no option for an APP that I'm aware of that does the same but I'll move away from them if I could.

Great experience, Ankush helped within a few seconds to solve the issue. I send a message and got a reply right away. On top of it, he helped quickly and the way he was chatting was great. Great job guys.

An App that actually works. More important is to put the Tracking icon on your store page. A customer can then see the Tracking from a place of shipment to the doorstep. It is like being with the driver in the delivery truck.Luv the weekly reports

This app solved some of the compliance issues we had with allowing customer self service, the only trouble we ran into was on attempting to setup and invitations of additional users. One of the invited users somehow created a separate instance. Customer support was extremely quick with response and we were able to resolve the issue immediately.

Does absolutely everything I need to do - a little tweaking and I've got branded tracking pages on my site no matter the carrier I use. Well worth it.
