I did have to speak with customer service and the rep that helped me"Nitin" was very helpful and understood my concern.
This is a very robust, yet pretty easy to use app. I spent quite a bit of time finding the right resources for my customers to get detailed tracking of their shipments AND text updates. This app ties in perfectly with our Shopify store. The pricing is fair for some extra features which we need and there have been some bonus features we got included as well. I'm looking forward to continuing to grow my store with AfterShip.
I had a really positive experience with AfterShip Tracking app's live chat support! I reached out to them because the customer tracking emails appeared to be using the wrong format and an outdated template. The support team was patient and guided me through troubleshooting. They discovered that the emails were, in fact, in the correct format. Additionally, they were incredibly helpful in explaining how I could verify my email address. Their assistance not only resolved my email template concerns but also left me genuinely impressed with the app's customer service. I enthusiastically recommend AfterShip Tracking to others – their support is absolutely top-notch!

Terrible experieince. back and forward with their support staff with NO SOLUTION STILL TO THIS DATE. I was charged 70 euro for nothing! CAREFUL with this app, we used it for tracking but they were importing our orders which racked up a 70 euro bill which we didnt know off! There support has helped us with nothing either. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Still no help!!!!!

It is important to note that you are currently subscribed to our Essential 100 plan, which includes allowances for up to 100 shipments per month. Any shipments exceeding this limit will incur an additional charge of $0.08 per shipment.

I'm on the 7-day trial, which was extended to 14 days, so I have more time to learn how to use the app. Customer Service is quick and helpful! Excellent app! You can customize the customer's notification email with your logo, send automatic updates, and lots of features! Thanks for your help Ankit.
Nitin was very patient, spoke very slowly as my English is not perfect. We were able to solve the problem and he was a great and reliable help.
