Excellent app and equally excellent support. The support team responded to my queries and addressed my requests promptly.
Very money hungry greedy app, on the essentials plan and I cant get any access to many important features unless if I upgrade to their ridiculously expensive upgrade plan.

I recently re-installed the aftership for the free monthly plan with up to 50 shipping quota. However, as I got into the dashboard, it tells me "Your free trial has expired. Please pick a plan." As far as I know, I have less than 10 shipping tracked with the app so far, so not sure where this is coming from. Please advise ASAP so I can move forward accordingly.
Absolutely love the fact that I can now provide tracking details to my e-packet customers! No more twiddling my thumbs, but now actually data that links back to real updates.
I am testing this app and I chatted with Debashish from Customer Service to understand some of the features. He took his time to explain everything to me. He was very knowledgable of AfterShip platform. I feel more confident now to use this platform. Great Job
This app is amazing. It reduced for me the "where is my order?" E-mails with 90%. I strongly recommend this app.
