I like this app alot. It helps reduce customer tracking inquiries. However the only flaw is that it still shows chinese lettering. I sent an email to customer support but never heard back. Hopefully I can figure out how to do it.
I love the customer service, responded really quickly and were super helpful. I just moved my shop to Shopify and so far everything works quite smoothly
great expereince answering questions. ITs a tough job learning a new platform and they are standing by to help.
So far, the app is working great. I have no complaints and customer support is very fast and attentive.

Useful app, very simple to use.
This is an essential app I would definitely recommend to a friend or owner of a business! It's simply a win-win as it is completely free (mostly).
No notification of additional charges outside of the package, charging expensive monthly fees.
The feature should stop after the end of the package and should not continue to be calculated extra
