I love all this Apps, Seriously.. Really easy to import the tracking number.
but im really frustrated with "pending" status. Why aftership not sent email when the shipping at pending status...
We just want to send email to customer, we already process the order and sent the tracking number.
Most of my customer complain and they want refund... We need wait 1-2 weeks from pending status to "In Transit" and the customer already mad of my business.. OMG Seriously i need send tracking number at email to my customer the pending status order...
So stoked, one of the few to support Australian merchants so well :)
I used this app, it's so bad. I can't import my ship imformation. It's always failed. And there is something wrong about the sync with shopify, not all order s are sync.Some orders are missing.And I can't connect the customer service.
This app gives trust to the customers in your website. It helps increase your conversion rate to get more customers. Well done Automzliey.
Wont let me upgrade app. I cant uninstall it just because i want to upgrade, ive already setup a lot of things in there.

New user of the app and setting up my first tracking page. The interface is easy to use and the support chat is very responsive and helpful! I will definitely keep tuning my tracking page using this app.
