The platform is very powerful and is competitively priced. Nitish, the customer service rep that helped me get setup was very informative and helpful.
ok app. does work sometimes. hard to get a hold of someone. I removed it but will check for other apps in the meantime
Shubham was my online agent who was excellent and very helpful. A pleasure to deal with. I would recommend aftership.
The level of support is terrible for what the plans cost. Most of the support staff either don't understand English correctly or will not to help to solve any problems, they will just say no or link to an existing support article. Do not see the value in this app.

Atrocious support. Doesn't support DPD UK, yet happy to charge me hundreds of dollars for trackings that didn't go beyond 'pending' status.
Have emailed support five times over two weeks requesting a refund - NO RESPONSE.
Will be taking the matter up with Shopify support to recover funds.
Real shame as this app used to be so good.
I would definitely recommend this APP for everyone looking to have an updated, branded, and highly responsive order tracking page. Aseem was very responsive and friendly with my questions/requests.

I had high hopes fo this app, but after trialing it, it is really not good for people shipping from non english speaking countries.
If you sell in USA etc, but ship from asia, which many shops do, you will most likely be using postal tracking sites that are loaded in languages other than english, forcing your customers to use a google translator to read their info and we all know how good a web translation software is now don't we lol...
The original shopify system is good enough for basic tracking, at least it is user friendly for everyone, no need to pay for this app guys.
Fantastic efficient service. Was able to help me integrate my website with Aftership quickly.
