The easiest and most productive app used in-store. Updated tracking information sent right to the customer provides assurance that their parcel is on-time and in safe hands, a necessity with online shopping. A great asset! 5 Stars!!

I run a drop ship site and up to recently i was using the mobile ap to track parcels for customers. No i use the shopify app store version and its integration is just mind blowing what they have done. It is going to save me tons of team to concentrate on other things relevant to my store. I love the fact that it show to download the app with customer order once order is confirmed they just click the link it installs and tracks their order. The sms and email notices the customer receive also i used to have to do that all manually. Always fast and quick for support issues

This app has been helpful to keep our returns easy for the customer and informative on our side (good selection of reasons etc) Pairs well with Shopify. Customer service is excellent which is important when you need it.
I've been using Aftership for a few weeks and there are definitely pros and cons.
Pros
The pricing for the premium package is reasonable. I definitely enjoy having notifications sent to my customers. Also, an API that allows them to track their order(s) is great.
Cons
The dashboard summary is nowhere near being accurate - the tracking page shows deliveries happening a specific day while the dashboard does not account for them on that same day. Quite often, I have to add tracking information manually - when that happens, aftership will not capture the destination which makes reporting in this area useless. Although customer service responds in about 24 hours, I usually have to find the resolution to my problem without their help - I will say that I have only contacted them a few times.
Overall, it's an average to maybe slightly below average service given that you have to pay for the important features which do not work perfectly. I admit, this is the only tracking app I've used so far. It has potential to be a great app but it's not there yet.
Good app, everything works and customer support helps. Easy to customize your tracking page. Recommend. Saransh was very fast for answering the questions!
This app is very helpful. It helped us track our shipments with ease. The customer service are very supportive and on time. Thanks Ankit for helping us with our concern, it was so fast and professional.
AfterShip is such a tremendous help. I extremely recommend it only to anyone who ships very frequently and doesn't want the extra work of updating customers as orders go in transit.
Update: Finally they handed over the technical department, hoping to solve my problem. I just don't want our request to be answered perfunctorily. If there are no mistakes, I think this APP should be the best tracking
