It's great to offer order tracking on our web site. I use Premium with customized notification emails but I really miss that I couldn't give it a test ride before going live.

I would really like it if customer name or shopify order number were to be displayed on the tracking page. Also the ability to sort by date order would be helpful too. So far I am really liking the integration with Klaviyo.

Fast and responsive customer service. Very helpful. They helped me resolve my issue in a matter of minutes and answer my other questions as well.

Was looking for a service like this!

It could only get Parcel Force shipping information, no DPD, DPD does not work. Also there is no real time online chat support, which is pretty bad at this day and age!

Support is top notch & my customers love being informed of where their package is without having to look anything up.

I've been amazed by this so-fast customer service. Always kind to help so as to provide app users with handful and time-saving tips!
