AfterShip Order Tracking

Intuitive application and very efficient support.
The possibility of customization is very pleasant.

I am just setting up the account, so I haven't used much features. I need to add my information for customer contact.

App works well so far however still trying to work on the operation and understanding how it works. For an app that is free to use, so far it's alright.

easy for small businesses. user friendly and easy to link with shopify.

Good overall. There is however PTT Turkey that they can't seem to track although it's on their list. I've had a talk with customer service 3-4 times about this. They're generally attentive but in this case, all I get is a few exchanges and then complete silence. So, the reported bug never gets solved. On other occasions, customer service was good. Still, Aftership is the only option that we've found to properly track all carriers involved in international shipments.

I use this app to help me with tracking information and to organize my business in a better way. It is very useful

This app works amazing and is integrated with so many carriers! I also just had a concern and contacted customer support about it. They were super friendly, patient and helpful! Walked me through and helped me fix things up quickly!

i didn't get to really use it for now but i'm very happy with what it has to offer a young entrepreneur like me
