Good app, easy to use. Customer friendly, not a problem with it. Looking forward to upgrade. St
Pretty good app overall. Its great if you are working with many international shipping carriers. It won't read previous orders, so you'll have to add any in manually still in processing after setting up the app. I chose to just not implement it until all my orders were delivered, and it was picking up the new ones. Just made it easier on me than manually inputting the like... 2 orders that were still in transit. Thanks!
It's very easy to implement & works very well. The best from all the apps I've tried so far. I am currently on the free version as our monthly orders are below 50. I definitely recommend. Support is also very responsive. Recommendation: Branded tracking page design can be improved!

Fantastic app that makes things a lot easier. Takes some time to set up but great once it is. Highly recommended :)
So far so good. it's not perfect, but I think it might be a little more useful than other tracking solutions, mainly because it is a semi-branded experience.
A few things I would like to see: better customisation of the 2 provided templates including changing that limited markdown header/footer box and perhaps just using HTML(?), being able to customise the default tracking information text (bad English grammar), being able to style the notification emails esp with a logo and branded colours, better back-linking to the Shopify store from every order (such as a Shopify order number link in the back end that opens the order within Shopify).
Thanks, I think it's worth exploring to see if it calms my customers down when presented with the initial "Tracking not found" issue which is my biggest gripe with Dropshipping in general.
Look, we love Aftership but coming from Wordpress + Woocommerce to Shopify was a slight disappointment with the integration. We only say this because we use some Chinese couriers like China Post, EMS, S.F. Express etc... When selecting "other" it actually populates it as a TNT # or Fedex #.
They do have a work around for this which has been explained. You would enter their shortcode like... China-Ems#_________CN manually. While slightly annoying it does still get the job done and relays to the premium customer notification service perfectly fine.
Besides this minor inconvenience that is the "other" feature, aftership still rocks!

Great app, I use it in three of my online stores. Things I'm missing: 1. Some basic (liquid) logic in the notification emails so they can be customized more. 2. Better integration with shopify admin interface: All tracking happens in AfterShip dashboard which is completely separated from shopify admin. 3. Aftership should autoarchive delivered orders (or should have an checkbox in settings to do so).
it is an excellent work ,time saving and makes me feel special :)
Enforceable and time/organisational effectiveness.
