The app solves a very important problem. Customer service is very friendly and patient, but their response to enquiries feels scripted rather than a staff that is supremely knowledgable and knows the build of their app inside out. I also wish that the documentation for how to use the app was a little bit better. The Youtube videos on their channel seem to leave a lot of information out. Overall not a bad experience. I am still new to using the app, so i may return with a different review.

I love this app! Great app to see progress of customer packages! However, the desktop app and mobile app don't sync. But otherwise, amazing!!
its good just a bit confusing. The editing is good, the webpage link fits well with my store. I wish I can see if emails were sent.

We haven't had any issues so far with this app, however - considering it's for dropshipping stores - when things are sent from Asia they often get assigned a new tracking number (by the domestic courier company) when they arrive in the destination countries. We were hoping that this app would be able to track the entire process, and if there was any change, to be notified of this change, instead of just archiving the parcel.
