This app is great! so easy to use and understand. the customer agent was very helpful as well and so kind.
Sonali was amazing at helping with setup and customizing my tracking button/page! It looks amazing and I look forward to this app helping enhance my customer experience.
I am trying this new app, customer service is quick and responsive. I will have to return later about my experience with the actual app. But so far so good.

Really effective team, they responded within a few minutes. The staff is very friendly, Animesh helped me with my issues.
I had a tested the application and it was able to point me to the right direction! I was able to track my order and now I am waiting for it to arrive. This application is cool! I will recommend this application 100% Thanks Aftership for a nice app.
Good app especially if you looking for free plan they will let you extend, easy to set up and good customer service.

Service client très bien : disponible, rapide pour répondre Par contre les notifications d'email de fonctionnent pas. Notamment la première INFO RECEIVED qui est remplacé par la notif Shopify par défaut

Edit: I still have loads of issues with Aftership, for weeks I have not been able to track my orders. Support always seemed to make excuses and ended up saying it was solved but it wasn't. Old: Having some issues with the app, current Postal Service not updating the details through this app. Support team has been kind and seems to be working hard to get this issue solved.
