AfterShip Order Tracking

We started using Aftership as a trial version to notify our customers in advance about the status of their shipments. Questions regarding parcel status dropped to 50% which reduced our workload and made customers happy. Furthermore the customer service team of aftership did a great job to resolve an issue we had at the beginning. Also I want to stress out the availability and response time of the team. Great app. all features I have used so far are very helpful. I love it. customer support staff is very attentive and helpful.

Perfect. I just downloaded it and I was able to track the shipments from shipping to delivery. Also, my customers were able to track their orders right from shipping time to delivery time. I woul;d recommend it for others who are in need of tracking shipments.
