Operating an e-commerce startup with limited resource is a challenge. Especially if you ship internationally using different shipping providers.

Thanks to AfterShip we now no longer have to worry about which shipment is where. They are all conveniently listed in the app which saves us time (=money) and allows us to reach immediately to delayed shipments (=happy customers).

The email support is very quick and helpful. We had a small problem with the integration which was resolved within 24 hours.

Totally seamless integration and most of all, works with the UK... This is a total must have for any Shopify store. We really can't big up this awesome app Amy more.
We've always wondered how and when our deliveries arrive; Aftership lets you know every step of the way!

The dashboard look completely designed with a beautiful interface to match meaning you want to check up on all your tracking orders.

Andrew's help has been second to none and his support has been valuable!

Can't wait to upgrade to the premium Account where you can automate delivery status messages and many other cool stuff too.

It does what it promises but my last interaction with the support was horrendous. They try to answer your message with whatever they can to be the last word on the chat but nothing is actually resolved. That just forces you to be answering an infinity conversation of "I'll take a look", "thank you", "you are welcome", and "ok,"... until they bounce you to the next colleague. Its torture. Total $H!T show. So far there's no option for an APP that I'm aware of that does the same but I'll move away from them if I could.

I'm extremely frustrated with the "support" for this app. I've used over a year and when I went to check on an order only then did I notice that I was being forced to pick a monthly payment plan. Ok fine, I had a balance of $23.00 so I tried to pick their Essential plan. I got an error and it would not allow it stating that I had a credit balance. Okaayy...so I contact "support" and I'm told to remove the app and reinstall and add a credit card since they stopped using Paypal. I did ALL of those things, still got the error to contact support which I did again. So I log into my account and they charged me an additional $10.00 within hours (I already had a credit balance of $23 and now it's $33.00. Support is of no help whatsoever. They talk in circles and will keep charging without an option to upgrade nor get your credit back. I've reported this issue to Shopify as well as removing the app. NOT worth the upgrade whatsoever.

Oh and if you decide to close your account because you're in an endless loop of not being able to upgrade nor getting help from support they get to "keep" your money.

I asked Shopify to help with the issue and they forwarded me back to the developer who again went around in circles never actually answering my questions or addressing the issue. At this point they can keep the $20. I will never recommend nor use this app again.

a must have app, especially if you do lots of shipping. Easy to use and a great way to keep track of all your shipped orders.
