Aftership is allowing us two accomplish a user friendly linkage of Southeast Asia courier data into the tracking portal, which is saving us a good deal of time. It is also allowing us to facilitate partial order fulfillment. This allows us to keep our subscribers up-to-date.
The App is easy to install and use. I'm using Oberlo, so I still have to manually sync the shipping number every time but this app has made tracking a lot easier.
Amazing costumer service.
I just began using AfterShip and it is simply amazing! the UI/UX is top-notch and it works beautifully. I must say though that I had a bit of an issue with the integration but the amazing customer support team was there to my rescue. TBH I might have deleted the app if the support was poor but thanks to Himanshu and his amazing service I believe I will be an AfterShip user for the years to come. Quality work team AfterShip.

Very cool app! Easy to install, use and interpret delivery data off. The free integrated online tracking function is also a 'winner' for customer service + time saving...and the notification side; well that just makes order delivery that much easier!
I've been using this app for a few years and it's brilliant. Its the only app I've found that really does do the Customer Service stuff for you. No more 'wheres my order' emails!! I suspended my store for a while and removed the app. I've recently re-started the store and am bombarded with emails again! I just remembered why and have re-added the app and its now even better! I would highly reccomend this app to anyone shipping orders!
