Be careful how this app charges. You're billed for every order you print, whether or not the customer ever opens the tracking portal, and once you go over your plan's quota each extra order costs over 12p. That adds up fast, and you may not notice until it already has.

The real trap is cancelling. I was on a 3,000-order plan and had already gone 3,000 orders over without realising. I switched off auto-renew, but you can't stop the over-quota charges until your renewal date passes, so you're forced to keep racking them up for the rest of the term.

The portal itself is barely used. Couriers already provide tracking, so you can bypass this entirely by adding your own tracking page to your site with direct links to the courier portals — and any good upsell app can add upsell features to that page. Other tracking apps charge per click, which is far fairer than paying for every order printed. Unless you want to pay for tracking your customers never use, the portal simply isn't needed.

Cancelling was the final straw. I spent over 20 minutes on live chat being told they couldn't cancel without a manager, then got offered a 10% discount to stay. Leaving a service shouldn't require management approval. Avoid this app.

The app is really good, however to get this with Royal Mail you need the Premium and Enterprise plans.

Sadly given the size of our store, this would make this Shopify add-on too costly to oconsider these plans.

That said the app looks fab and has a lot of capability I am sure
