That's bad!!!! there is something wrong about the sync with shopify, Mix with other orders!!!We ask help muti times but not get good response.
After Cyber Monday or sometime, every track in our shop is totally wrong. We think it is a data capture error of the app.The delivery tracking info not correct,The end result is other well-tracked information that reveals the privacy and location of other customers!This is serious!
The track not shows correct.We have thousands of wrong track info customer received!And the customer service response says looks all correct , wtX ....that's not useful at all!!!
