I didn't fully try the app yet, I'm in the setting up phase, but I can already see the shipped items getting synchronised without me doing anything. That's great. I also needed some help figuring out something, and within 2 minutes from opening a live chat, I had Shubham from the support team helping me out, solving the problem in no time.
