Our company recently switched our ERP system from Microsoft Great Plains to Agiliron & QBO. Our onboarding team, lead by Parry Bedi, was super helpful and attentive during our set up period. Then...once we went live we were in constant contact - in a good way! Parry would reply immediately to my questions.
There are a few things we still are working through, but we always get the best customer service!
I use this app to control my inventory, sales, shipping basically to run my entire business. It love how it works cloud based, they are constantly updating their systems. They can have better customer service overall worth every penny they have helped me grow a lot as company!
This links directly with Agiliron, and is awesome for integrating the two programs making book keeping a breeze!
