The app works great for my needs selling a service. Support is great and fixed my styling issue right away. In the future you should link to a signature page too.

This app is great for two reasons: (a) it gives me proof the client signed the Ts & Cs (it shows up in the additional details section of the order information) and (b) it's the only checkbox app I've found that prevents customers avoiding the checkbox by using the Paypal dynamic checkout button. So I can finally have Paypal on my site. Was easy to install too.

I used this app to add a 18+ age verification checkbox in cart which is required by law here in NZ. Easy to use and great customer service.

Love this app!! Used the checklist for “do you need an alibi with your order in form of congratulations”!! I had quite a bit of trouble setting it up alone and they were a big help!!!
