vierd accounting, i have total 2000 images paid them several times and each time the available credit becomes 0. Why can not the developer have a clean accounting

I totally understand your frustration. We recently built a brand new feature to all one-time credits, as all the other alt text generating apps are charging by the month, we wanted to do something special for you guys and give the options for a one-time credits plan.
Unfortunately, we had a small bug that erased the credits after 30 days, we quickly restored your credits and gave you an additional 1,000 credits as a token of our apology.

We used the alt image generator for several transactions and encountered a major issue. There was no option to add more credits, which meant we had to rebuy the monthly plans each time we exhausted our credits. This seemed like a way for the company to make more money than necessary. Despite our multiple purchases, we were eventually banned, which feels unjust given the revenue we were generating for them. The service needs to reconsider its credit system and user policies.

This was definately a misunderstanding. We have to block the app for only two days while we found a bug in the payment system, which we didn't want to continue happening.
I want to mention that you got all the credits for the plans that you did buy. Further, I see that you optimized and wrote thousands of alt texts for your store using our plugin, so congrats.
