This app is amazing! I have been testing various AEO and GEO apps over the last few weeks, but I kept running into issues with the implementation. However, with Vizby, the interface is intuitively designed and very easy to use for Shopify store owners who do not know how to code and who are looking for a tool that provides analytics, testing, and implementation support all in one. I am especially excited about the product page optimization tool and the blog optimization, research, and writing tool. The customer service is also amazing and has responded quickly every time that I reach out! I am excited to continue using Vizby and eager to track our website traffic over the next few weeks and months as we continue to optimize our store for AI search traffic.
Working with Vizby on their Enterprise package has been very valuable for Cirage Paris.
What made the biggest difference was that this wasn't just another software tool. The Vizby team worked alongside us, helping us understand where Cirage should appear in AI search, identifying the right opportunities and prompts, and guiding us on what needed to improve across our product pages, content, and external presence.
The account management was a real strength. We had people thinking with us, bringing ideas, following up consistently, and helping execute—not just sending reports. For a brand like ours, where positioning and product details matter, that level of involvement was important.
The Vizby team also made a conscious effort to accommodate specific requests that were important to us, even when it created additional complexity on their side. We really appreciated that flexibility and willingness to adapt.
Another aspect we valued was that many of the assets Vizby helped create remain ours, even if we decide to reduce the scope of engagement in the future. That makes the investment feel much more long-term and meaningful.
We would recommend the Enterprise package to brands that want to take AI visibility seriously and are looking for a partner that works alongside them, not just a platform.
