We have been using this app to generate bulk product descriptions, and it has been an absolute game-changer for the workflow. What really sets them apart, though, is their support. The team is incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in setting up the templates properly.
OK I am revising my review, the problem was my fault as I tried to run it on over 4000 products at once. Ricky helped me out and reissued my credits and advised me not to overload the program so much (50-100 max at a time). It does exactly what it says it will do just be warned if you are making site wide changes on thousands of items it will take some time and to do them in small batches.
I've uninstalled this app- and I was still charged. I can't find a way to contact support. (As I no longer have the app installed, and I can't find any support emails)
I was charged for your app (AI Product Copy) even though I already removed it from my Shopify store.

Regarding your concern, since the app was uninstalled after the subscription started, Shopify automatically applied the charge in accordance with its standard billing system. This is a common process on the platform once a subscription has begun.

I’ve been using this app for a while now and I’m really satisfied. The AI creates perfectly tailored, convincing, and natural-sounding product descriptions for my store. It takes a little time at the beginning to get to know the tool and understand how to use it best, but once you get the hang of it, it works really well.
