Can't use the app because the message part doesn't work. Reached out to helpdesk and go no help. So after not being able to use the app almost my full trial period I removed it. I reached out again so that they would refund the $50 I put in my wallet and received no reply. It has now been 5 days since I messaged them about removing my account and refunding my wallet and nothing from them. I don't know if this is a scam app, but if not then they need to fix their communication issue.

Sorry to hear that you ran into a temporary glitch on the platform.
The issue was fixed the same day you ran into it and we would be happy to see you give it another shot. Also the funds you dropped in your wallet was refunded back to your credit card on Dec 5th as refund processing time allowed.
