Customer service chat support is awesome! Jasmine was incredible and helped me immensely in troubleshooting and in seeing what is possible for us! Just a note for now to check, currently the days after delivery when you send review emails appear to actually be the amount of days after an item is fulfilled in Shopify (not after it is delivered) so, add some extra days in there when you are first starting to be safe!
