Highly recommended! Top service, great app and very easy to use
I will Highly recommend this app. They have excellent customer support system. Hana, especially was very supportive and expert in addressing my problems.
Liz has been a tremendous help in managing and optimizing our listing and review structured data for Blu Lotus Boutique. She ensures that all our products are accurately represented online, with precise information that makes them more discoverable.

We started using this since Dec 2023. We faced no issues until about 2 days ago when one of our customers alerted us that the review section is not showing any content or had disappeared altogether.
Contacted the support team. Nolan and William was very helpful. They requested developer access and started working on the issue immediately. It was resolved in less than 3 hours.

I recently switched to this app, replacing the one I was using before. While most features were excellent, I noticed that the number of reviews displayed on the page didn’t match the actual number of reviews. I reached out through chat, expecting a long wait based on my past experiences with some customer service, but I received a response very very quickly. Lydia and Toby were incredibly helpful and kind. It was a great experience!
