Love, love, love, love this app!!!! Does everything I need it to, so many great features and displays my reviews beautifully and seamlessly in to the design of my website. The app is so flexible and allows me customise so much. Very helpful customer experience staff. Although they are a developing app, they are willing to listen to customers and help them through their issues. Hana was great help and was patient with my issues. Because of each and every customer service individual I have ever interacted with in Air Product Reviews App, I will be staying with them for the near future
I had a co-existence conflict issue with the reviews on my site. Air Product rectified the issues and all reviews are now visible and co-exit without issues. I really appreciate.
Air Reviews integrates smoothly with Shopify and the import flow is straightforward once set up correctly. Olivia from the support team was responsive and clear throughout the process, which made a real difference.
