Audrey was soo helpful and she made the process for me very smooth as I was also busy so I’m definitely going to keep this app, it’s easier than I thought! For a free app you get a lot of good options for customizations and fits into the website well. It looks good and works well, but there were a few glitches that came with it. But the support was very good, I talked to Pamela from IT and Nikita the technician was able to fix all my issues very quickly. Great support team with a solid app structure and good customization.

The "Air Review " is best ever review app. I have never seen such a user friendly, customer supportive and well in time responsive app. Apart from its easy interface and lighter in weight / size, its customer support is amazing. Whatever your query is, whatever your question is, its customer support is marvelous. Its my personal experience as today i was facing two major issues, but their customer care staff named "Emily" was so caring and responsive as i felt that she is only reserve for me. without any delay she answered my multiple questions and resolved my both issue without any delay. My running campaigns would otherwise became disturb if she did not timely responsed and resolved my issues. Thanks Air Review, Thanks Emily. Thanks again.

Very good app to have some credibility and trust to your store. Very important aspect of business to have a visual proof from customers about your store products. It's very simple to use and I like how you can customize everything. Also customer support has been great!

Wow, What a great service. Fast and reliable team support from these two. 'Hana & Anvia' absolutely smashed it in minutes. Admittedly, I am clueless with technology and it was taking me a few days to get my head around - codes etc
I eventually gave in and contacted customer support.
I spoke with a Lady called Hana, She was superb and very, very helpful to my requests in what i was struggling with..
Hana & Anvia worked behind the scene's and in a matter of minutes my reviews were done.
Fully Recommend, Air Product Reviews. The importing of air reviews is made easy, even for non techno' queens like me.

We started using this since Dec 2023. We faced no issues until about 2 days ago when one of our customers alerted us that the review section is not showing any content or had disappeared altogether.

Contacted the support team. Nolan and William was very helpful. They requested developer access and started working on the issue immediately. It was resolved in less than 3 hours.
