Air: Product Reviews App & UGC

I had a coding issue and contacted both shopify and Avada support. Both sides were committed to help me. Response time was with in minutes of me putting the help requests.

I managed to figure out that the code problem was myself (placement of the Avada code in the Shopify snippet was the issue), but I do want to thank both Shopify support (Kemberly!) and Avada support (Liz!) for their super fast replies and even though I did manage to fix the code issue myself, I do appreciate both support teams!

I recently had an issue where I was unable to access customer reviews for a product. I reached out to Hana for help. Hana proved to be an invaluable resource in resolving my query. Hana's responsiveness and willingness to assist were truly commendable. Not only did she promptly address my concerns, but she also guided me through the steps to regain access to the customer reviews. My first time when I use this review app and it was a lil bit harder to import my reviews from another app. But I made it quickly and successfully, because Tiana from support team helped me!! She was so kind and patient!!! Thank you so much <3

It is wonderful App, there are a couple of errors for me to work on as it is a learning curve, but Audrey was a wonderful help and kind, 2 things you want in a supporting role. Thanks for the help again! Keep up the good work :-)

This app is great and the customer service is excellent. Emily and Tony was a great help. The helped me with my issues in a fast and timely manner. When i contacted support they responded to me in minutes. I havent got reviews yet so no insight on that but the set up was super easy and customer service was great. I would suggest this app to any store owner thats look for a great free app
