Air: Product Reviews App & UGC

First of all, I would like to thank Abby from the live support team, she helped me a lot and this application is a great application and support is provided if you encounter any problems.

Jasmine was absolutely fantastic! She really knew her stuff and helped me out with everything I needed. Not only did she guide me through everything, but she also suggested some really great tools like Avada Upsell Cross Sell Bundle, Joy Loyalty, and Email Marketing apps. She was so friendly and quick with her solutions, which made the whole experience really positive. I'm so grateful for her outstanding service and I definitely recommend her for her valuable support.

10/10. Abby helped me out with importing my reviews and she's really sweet and effective. She's really patient too since I didn't know how to use excel and not only did she guide me through the process but she also did it for me when I was struggling with the app's requests. Would definitely recommend using this app because of that!

Very easy to understand UI, the app is great for my needs. Had struggles with other apps where this one just solves those problems for me.

Hana and Emily are fabulous, really quick and they help me for everything, really great about the service, The app is complete. I suggest to add an option for product page FAQs, different from the FAQ page where there are all FAQs.

I had problem with customising background color. I chatted with Hana and she did it for me in a few minutes. Then she showed me exactly how she did it, so i can do it in a future by myself. 10/10 customer support

Really love this application so far. There is a lot of customization you can include to fit your branding that I haven't found in other review apps.
In the beginning, I did encounter an issue setting up the application on my website due to coding issues (I assume). I reached out to Air's customer service team and Audrey was kind and very helpful getting the issue resolved. Great experience with Air!

Audrey and Toby (not from the office sadly) were Amazing! They really helped me out and knew their way around coding and their App like the back of their hand.

Funny enough, I am installing their App on all my shops and I am looking into the other Apps that they have since it just seems to work the way I want it to work.
