I give 10 stars to Esther from the customer service and 2 stars to the app. Esther was very polite and gave me great help today. But the app itself is not working correctly and there are a lot of problems with it. If you don't want to waste your time, better look for an alternative. I installed the app in another shop and couldn't import the csv file from the lооx app because the format doesn't fit. I then installed another app and my file downloaded in one minute. Today in this shop I had a hard time uploading a review from aliexpress. I finally succeeded only because Esther helped me a lot. Thank you so much Esther!

Super helpful customer service. Very nice people and fast! It's going to add a unique aspect to my site, which other sellers do not have

The app is well designed and easy to use. However there is an issue with the date - whenever you import a review, the date is automatically set to the date you import it. So if you import 100 reviews on the same date - they will all have the same date, which is rather suspicious from the point of view of the customer, who is browsing the store. There is no way to hide or edit the date. However, the customer support is very responsive and promised to look into this problem.

Awesome free app! It does what you want it to do, but lacks very small features that should be a must!! I really hope they take my advice on some features I've given. Other than that, Jasmine helped me out and answered all of my questions. She was great, and thank you Tony for inserting the review stars! It looks great!

Everything I expected from a review app. I had a problem and the customer service is super responsive and very nice I recommend this app it is great!

It is a tool that looks very powerful. It's design and user friendly. I had a little trouble at the start, fortunately Esther and Tony helped me. Everything works, everything is free, I hope it stays that way. It's a 5 stars everything is perfect. Thanks again to Esther and Tony who took the time!
