It's unfortunate to write a negative review on this app. I had a couple difficulties with it and used their 24 hour chat support system. The customer service is AWFUL! Wasted 3 hours on their chat and they never checked in and I ended up fixing the problem myself. Just wasn't worth to keep the app when the customer service was horrible.

I had a couple of issues with the reviews module. Emily solved my problem very quickly. Very friendly and effective.

I have been installing this app for more than a week now, but the team running this app is not competent at all. Every time you talk to a different person, every time you have to explain the problem again, they should review their organization. Ps: if you have Gempages you will be in serious trouble with them, I recommend other apps

Liz was a pleasure to work with. I needed some special customizations to my reviews app and she handled every request within minutes. It was great and i highly recommend them based off their customer service alone
