super quick response from the support team, Esther was really helpful! Have not used the app yet, but setting up was very easy and straight forward!

We initially encountered challenges when integrating the app with our website. However, upon contacting customer support, we were pleased to receive prompt and exceptional assistance. Esther and Toby were amazing they provided great support, and we are grateful for their efforts.

I was looking for a free review app, I came across this and started using it. I was having issues with it and then I went on the live support and Emily helped me soo much with understanding how it works. Then I learned how easy and helpful the app is.

Just came across this app and looked perfect for my store. It was easy to install but did come across a slight problem with importing reviews (my fault not the app) but was able to speak to someone immediately on chat (even on a Sunday). Audrey was a great help and we resolved the issue very quickly. Can't wait to get to use more of the app.
