The app is easy enough to use but for whatever customisations we needed, the team was at hand to help and it really elevates the UX for the website. I'm writing the review after using the reviews app for over 3 months. Fantastic communication and quality of work, this is a team of talents who takes pride of what they do and is a real asset to our ecom store.

This is a really good app for product reviews. Many customization options, many display options and good customer support. Easy to set up and customize to match the theme of my website. Needed support with displaying rating on collection pages, Sunny from Avada helped to add it in less than 30 minutes without any issue. Highly recommend!!
As usual, before this app, I tried 4-5 apps for my store and struggled to edit content now finally in this app and app support team member Hana helped me to solve my problem in within Minutes. Then I felt my total day was so happy by solving this issue finally with the help of HANA
