Air: Product Reviews App & UGC

Great app, but a few issues. Importing reviews from CJ dropshipping wasn't seamless due to formatting error. Support team however was helpful and did a good work in fixing my issues. They say that they are developing a solution for this, which is great.

I had a bit of trouble installing the app so I messaged the customer survice. I talked to Prakash and he helped me with fixing the problem. He was also very clear in the steps I needed to follow. Great and fast service!

Consiglio vivamente quest'app se volete inserire delle ottime recensioni sul vostro sito senza spendere soldi inutili. Ho dato 4 stelle solo perché ha la possibilità di essere settata in molte lingue... tranne l'italiano. Alcune cose all'interno del sito saranno scritte in inglese, ma per il resto è veramente perfetta. La possibilità di importare recensioni da Amazon e AliExpress è fenomenale, l'ideal per chi parte da 0. LA CONSIGLIO!

Overall, it is quite useful, but there are some minor flaws. Customer service personnel provided timely feedback and I will continue to use it

Great App for free price but lack few functionalities like product groups and all review widget to make review page.

More difficult to navigate than it needs to be

At the first place my review box wasn't showing up, but Lydia from their team replied quick and fixed the issue for me. I would like if I could edit reviews from Aliexpress, so I can change their names and maybe delete or translate some text. Recommend if you need a free app for your reviews.

I'm grateful to have access to this app. THANK YOU! I love the homepage tab that allows customers to instantly click on to see reviews. I like that customers can leave pictures. Only issues are that It's not as straight forward as other apps and some of the wording on features need to be updated to reflect when the customer actually gets sent the first review reminder: after fulfillment not after delivery. I was happy to be told that they actually get it after fulfillment though. It would be great if customers can be seen as verified by simply reviewing from the link sent to them via email as well rather than only having the option to sign in to be considered verified. Signing in can be something that makes the customer not want to review and the fact that they received an email requesting a review proves that they are a legitimate customer.

I'm fairly new to ecommerce & Avada app is quite straightfwd to use.

My good experience comes from Avada's helpful staff. They seemed well trained & professional in their sphere of work. I'm glad to work with them - Tracy, Lydia & esp Liz. I appreciated esp. Liz's follow up on an outdstanding issue even after our conversation ended. Thank you for all yr assistance.
