Great service ever

The first impression of this app is great. The ability to import reviews from other platforms is really great. The fact that you can use the app for free is another great achievement. I can't evaluate all the functions yet, so I still have to get used to it, but the impression so far is already convincing. I had a problem placing and integrating the stars and rating option, the two girls from support Jasmine and Anivia did a great job and solved my problems for me in a few minutes via support access to my store. That's called service!

the customer service is top notch on this app, i was served by Liz from their customer service live chat. i had a problem and chat with the live chat and their reply were fast and effective. my problem was solved in around 3mins. thank you Liz!

Great, really good customer supporrt. Thanks for all the help Jasmine and Gideon, they were superb. The app itself is nice and just lacking some small features, which they are working on improving. (like being able to click on the rating)
