I got the chance to try the AirReviews Product app, and it's amazing. I recommend it!!! Thanks to all the creators behind this product. People use the app if you have a Shopify store. Tracy was great and on point with her support!

Air Reviews is an excellent platform for managing customer feedback, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their business's reputation and customer experience. Their user-friendly platform makes it easy to collect and manage reviews, and the ability to customize the review request process is a huge plus.

But what really sets Air Reviews apart is their exceptional customer support. Hana and the team have been incredibly helpful and responsive, answering any questions or concerns I had quickly and professionally. Their integrations with other platforms have also been a great asset to my business. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Air Reviews and their fantastic support team.

They did not resolve my issue of the reviews not showing up on the product page and messed up my theme's product page without my permission. This app is not free this will cost you more than regular app and much more headache as you will be losing customers due to this.

This is a good app, with a lot of options and customisation and I haven't even paid yet, i think it will be my to go-app.

O aplicativo além de ter um visual bonito é gratuito e isso para quem está começando faz toda a diferença. Infelizmente, o app não estava funcionando no meu tema, o que me deixou bem decepcionado, já que a possibilidade de importar avaliações por CSV (presente em poucos apps dessa categoria) é incrível e poupa tempo. Entrei em contato com a equipe de suporte e fui respondido rapidamente e em 48h o meu problema foi resolvido e as avaliações passaram a aparecer em minha loja. Estou muito grato e satisfeito com o Air Product Reviews e super recomendo!

I was beautifully assisted by Hana and Gideon in various customizations of the app and I must say that I was very satisfied with the result. The support is very nice and the app is great. I recommend to everyone who needs an app for reviews.
