Customer service chat support is awesome! Jasmine was incredible and helped me immensely in troubleshooting and in seeing what is possible for us! Just a note for now to check, currently the days after delivery when you send review emails appear to actually be the amount of days after an item is fulfilled in Shopify (not after it is delivered) so, add some extra days in there when you are first starting to be safe!

Sunny and William were quick to answer any questions I had with setting the review app. It is also cleaner aesthetic and easier to use compared to other free review apps.

This app is incredible, i mean all avada apps are packed with features and awesome support. Esther has helped me create a custom css code to make a change of the appearance. And on top of that the free version is absolutely great !

This is the best review app out there, it works has it should. their customers support "Sunny and Toby" are also superb as the don't waste time before replying.
