AG Product Reviews App & UGC

So far, we are having an excellent experience using this app (and various other Avada products)! We really appreciate that they offer competitive pricing compared to other apps, while also maintaining responsive and high-quality customer service. Aria, with the Live Chat support, has been great at answering all of our questions and giving us clear guidance with setup and optimization.

Nach langer Zeit mit einer anderen Bewertungs-App sind wir auf diese App umgestiegen – und bisher haben wir den Wechsel keine Sekunde bereut. Die vorherige App wurde leider immer stärker auf kostenpflichtige Funktionen ausgerichtet und irgendwann wurden unsere Bewertungen sogar nicht mehr richtig angezeigt. Kaum war die neue App installiert, war dieses Problem sofort behoben.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kundenservice, Olivia & Zen haben uns bei jeder Frage unglaublich schnell und kompetent geholfen. So einen freundlichen, engagierten und vor allem schnellen Support erlebt man wirklich selten. Man fühlt sich als Kunde ernst genommen und nie allein gelassen.

Auch die App selbst überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Sie ist sehr intuitiv aufgebaut, leicht einzurichten und lässt sich hervorragend an das eigene Branding anpassen. Dadurch wirkt alles professionell und stimmig, ohne dass man stundenlang Einstellungen suchen muss.
