Air: Product Reviews App & UGC

Air Reviews is a perfect app to integrate in the shopify store . i had few problems to start with it but the customer support was so good and fast i had to give a applause to them and Abby helped me with it personally. Thank you great service please keep it up.!

I'm testing this reviews app now, so far looks promising. A great, free reviews app with live chat support (Esther was really helpful).

I've been looking for a good user experience with reviews plugin, luckily I found air product reviews, it's so easy to use.
The quality of customer service is very high and Lydia has helped me a lot!

My experience with this app so far has been much better than others I have tried. Liz was accommodating ( and to mention-this was prompt customer service on a Sunday morning) in helping me work out some issues with the review displaying correctly on my site. I really enjoy how I can elect to have a list of reviews available for viewing on the side of the page vs. seeing reviews by going to an individual listing. As long as the app is easily compatible with my Shopify theme, I plan on using it going forward

The service team is perfect. They taught me how to set the app and show the comments on the product page.
Both Esther and Abby are great. They all patiently solved my problems.

Liz is a very enthusiastic girl, she helped me solve the problem quickly. She can help me solve the effect I want. As mentioned earlier, the customer service is good. I hope this plugin gets better and better.
